The employee-owned firm is staffed with well over 160 experienced architects, designers, project managers, administrative staff, including LEED, Evidence-Based Design and LEAN accredited professionals, many of whom are dedicated to specific market sectors. - 10+ years experience in Contract Administration
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, BIM Docs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Degree or diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture
- Fully versed in the Ontario, or B.C Building Code and have experience with large-scale institutional buildings
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong analytical/ problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of building technology/ assemblies, construction methodology, materials application, and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements.
- Able to assemble construction drawing revisions with minimal supervision including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, details, schedules etc.
- Ability to coordinate with Contractor, Consultants, Client and Authorities having Jurisdiction
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time, deadlines and deliverables
- Self-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects and who is interested in growing with the firm
