The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Who you are:
- 8+ years of IT experience with significant experience conducting assessments, designing processes, implementing, and maintaining IT Service Management
- Expertise with Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow ITSM tooling
- Collaborative, independent, and clear communicator with passion for ITSM
- A big plus if you are ITIL Certified and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems/technology, or similar
- Assist with establishing and managing the IT Process Risk Assessment Oversight Program, ensuring IT processes meet risk management and compliance standards; maintain the complete lifecycle for ITSM processes
- Develop, assess, and validate IT processes and performance metrics; manage the complete lifecycle of ITSM processes; track and report service performance levels (SLAs, KPIs, KRIs)
- Utilize industry-leading standards, practices and frameworks to determine ITSM processes design and/or improvement and escalate deficiencies as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with IT Operations groups and assist with developing performance metrics and measurement tools.
- Impactful Role : The position plays a critical role in ensuring IT processes adhere to risk management and compliance standards, which is vital for the bank’s operations.
