Rush Media LLC is a holding firm supporting all aspects of e-commerce product marketing for various start-up subsidiaries. At Rush Media, we are passionate, out-of-the-box, strategic, and creative thinkers with a constant drive to elevate the brand voice and consumer engagement. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team!

We are currently seeking an experienced Copywriter who is a strategic marketing leader to develop high-impact copy and content for all e-commerce touchpoints, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, landing page(s), and video scripts. You will collaborate with the Sales & Strategy Director amongst other departments to create a consistent brand voice, optimize customer experience, and drive sales growth while ensuring that all written content adheres to brand guidelines, grammar rules, and SEO best practices.


PRIMARY DUTIES:

Develop and implement a comprehensive copywriting strategy aligned with

overall marketing objectives.

Conduct customer research to develop targeted and personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segments.

Create buyer personas to inform copywriting and marketing efforts.

Oversee landing page copy strategy and optimization.

Strategize copy for upsells and sales funnels.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.

Collaborate with the Sales & Strategy team on content strategy initiatives.

Proofread and edit all written copy for brand consistency, grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.

Ensure all copy adheres to brand style guide and voice.

Maintain a library of effective messaging for all products, customer profiles, and segments.

Research products and ingredients to familiarize and find new marketing angles.

Experiment with different forms of messaging based on buyer data to develop new copy strategy.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Excellent writing skills with a deep understanding of persuasive writing techniques and storytelling.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for errors.

Experience with e-commerce marketing a plus.
