Construction and Strategic Initiatives Analyst
Redknot is a rapidly growing custom building and development company that was founded in 2007. Our current primary focus is the construction of $400,000 to $2,000,000+ custom homes in the Greater Cincinnati area and the development of infill subdivisions.

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Proven computer skills and experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Problem solver
- Time management skills
- Interest in learning about new home construction. Experience a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Estimating and Procurement
- Estimate certain aspects of each home with take offs, etc.
- Capture and analyze historical cost data
- Develop model for good, better, best series of homes across all product types (i.e. doors, trim, cabinets, etc.)
- Maintain job profitability reporting comparing budget, actual, and forecast.
- Vendor / subcontractor reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed scope of work and specifications for all bids.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Create budgets, scope of work and feasibility analysis regarding potential developments.
- Assist with zoning presentations.
- Work with team to create an inventory of standard plans with upgrades, various elevations, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
