The role is based in our Salt Lake City location, where you will enjoy a hybrid working environment, and will require up to 30% travel to suppliers and job sites.

What is the role?

  • Facilitate booking, design, development, delivery, completion, and profitability of assigned projects.
  • Lead effective project executions by properly managing deliverables, schedule deadlines, and budgets, using an understanding of business goals and objectives.
  • Create procurement schedules, deliverables lists and work breakdown schedules.
  • Review of team member submittal documents (Drawings, Technical Requisitions, and other technical reports) for accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Facilitate internal project and external client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction with the equipment being supplied and addressing any changes or concerns brought forth.
  • Provide leadership and liaise between team members to actively aid in the execution of project deliverables.
  • Identify possible risks and work with team members to mitigate impact on project schedule and budget.
  • Prepare accounting documents on progress and final invoicing.
  • Plan and support demonstrations of our PFAS water pilots in the field while supporting operations, product manager, and field staff.
  • Desire to understand and contribute to the development and deployment of highly technical products in the water treatment industry.
  • Recommend product improvements and standardizations.
  • Recommend improvements to overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
  • Maintain CRM assets and evaluate and manage warranty cases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of directly applicable technical experience.
  • Knowledge of principles of Project Management.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry related technical documents, such as Engineering Specifications, Mechanical Fabrication Drawings, and Contracts.
  • Must be able to communicate on a technical level, verbally and in writing, and deliver presentations.
  • Mechanically inclined person preferred in a heavy industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Preferred knowledge of Screening Equipment and Municipal and Industrial Water and Wastewater systems.
