With the flexibility of a fully remote position, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across various digital platforms. Your design expertise will ensure that our clients' brand identities are reflected in every pixel, making their digital presence not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with our development and marketing teams, turning high-level requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and ultimately, beautiful, functional interfaces for a variety of digital solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- User Research & Design: Conduct in-depth user research to understand habits, needs, and pain points. Create user-centered designs that solve these challenges while aligning with business goals.
- Interactive Design: Develop interactive and accessible models, wireframes, and mockups that guide the user intuitively through digital products.
- Visual Design: Design visually compelling interfaces by selecting the right colors, fonts, and layout elements, ensuring that information is quickly communicated to the user.
- Prototype & Testing: Create prototypes and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing, continuously refining the user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate business objectives into design solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience / Skills:
- Three or more years of demonstrable professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your work across different mediums.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and others.
- Strong understanding of HTML, XML, JavaScript, and other coding languages.
- Expertise in wireframing and prototyping, with a keen eye for design trends and best practices.
- Understanding of key website design principles and SEO optimization best practices.
