GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technology Integration Project Manager will leverage advanced technical and project management skills to deliver prompt and effective technical integrations services across MAI s diverse platforms. This role is responsible for dismantling organizational silos, mitigating critical risks, and driving processes that facilitate comprehensive and expedited integrations, ensuring a consistent, secure, predictable, elastic, and resilient transition to the MAI ecosystem.

This hands-on, technology leadership position requires developing an in-depth understanding of the acquired firm s technical operations, systems, and data. Utilizing this knowledge, the Project Manager will oversee the mapping and conversion of data into MAI s respective systems. Additional responsibilities include coordinating office infrastructure, telecom provisioning, basic onboarding training, process changes, and more. This will be accomplished in collaboration with internal departments and external IT support companies and carriers.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquisition Pre-Conversion Tasks

  • Identify and catalog all software and data elements (Data Discovery) in use at the acquired company.
  • Identify and catalog all technology infrastructure in use at the acquired company.
  • Identify and catalog all voice/data telecom requirements including circuits, bandwidth, phone numbers and extensions, toll-free numbers, etc. in use at the acquired company.
  • Identify existing process flows and anomalies in use at the acquired company.
  • Build a rapport with the team members who will be making their journey to the MAI family.

Integration Goals

  • Coordinate and lead meetings with third-party vendors and internal teams
  • Map identified software to parallel applications within the MAI service catalog.
  • Map identified infrastructure needs to established MAI ecosystem.
  • Map identified voice and data needs to established MAI ecosystem; coordinate with vendors and carriers to augment the MAI ecosystem accordingly.
  • Develop project scope, requirements, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure timely success.
  • Drive integration and conversion tasks in alignment with established timelines to successful completion.
  • Enlist team members for post-conversion testing and meaningful feedback.
  • Ease acquired personnel through their indoctrination to MAI s operations, systems, and culture for smooth adoption.

Collaborate & Communicate

  • Collaborate with Integrations team and acquired firm to establish project scope, roadmap, timelines, and measurable waypoints.
  • Focus on accomplishments that are scalable, agile, comprehensive, and cost effective.
  • Provide clear and concise status updates to stakeholders comprised of Information Technology/MIS, Integrations, and Human Resources.
  • Identify and communicate project status as well as any potential threats to the established timeline. Work across the firm to clear roadblocks and mitigate issues.
  • Influence/advocate with the relevant decision makers to keep the integration activities on track.
  • Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups; communicating in a focused and compelling way that captures and holds others attention based on audience type.

Lead by Example

  • Provide analytical and operational leadership while taking a structured approach to managing self and others.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and carriers to resolve current issues, influence timeline roadmaps, and execute critical items to accomplish our successful integration.
  • Willingness to accept other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS

  • 5+ years specializing in infrastructure design, application support, and data management. Demonstrated expertise in data, applications, infrastructure, and telecom.
  • 3+ years of project management experience handling medium to large-sized projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop OS, Windows File & Print Services, Active Directory, Security/Distribution Group creation, Windows File/Folder Security, Applications and Data, Servers and Storage, Network Infrastructure, and advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Database structures, SDWAN technology, Multi-Function Printer configuration, PowerShell Scripting, Exchange365 and MS Outlook data file import/export, malware/virus tools and remediation.
  • Experience with financial industry applications. Cloud administration & Support experience, ISP knowledge (fiber/cable) and acquisition of these services, phone number porting experience, Azure virtual servers and desktops.
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP Certification, Microsoft certifications (MCP, networking, MCSA, MCSE); CompTIA A+ and Network+
  • Familiarity with Database structures, SDWAN technology, Multi-Function Printer configuration, PowerShell Scripting, Exchange365 and MS Outlook data file import/export, malware/virus tools and remediation.
