The Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will own defining Brand building marketing vision, and lead a high performing team to translate them into durable roadmap to realize our vision. The person will use data, market research, science research, customer anecdotes to create scalable programs to drive Brand building HVAs and Brand building outcomes. The role also owns high visibility programs to shift Brands perception of Brand building on Amazon.
This role will partner with internal stakeholders, including research, product, BI and development as well as external stakeholders within Amazon Ads and Seller Partner Services (SPS) to ensure alignment to deliver their vision.

Basic Qualifications
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Develop the vision, goals and roadmap for Brand building marketing.
- Manage a high performing team
- Explore and propose opportunities to scale brand communications and actions across channels.
- Define and deliver key metrics and or goals, ensure on-time execution, and communicate status to senior leadership through regular business reviews.
- Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and pursue collaboration opportunities across-org to ensure consistent CX.
- Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a dynamic environment.

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
