We are a restaurant company who is looking for a Restaurant Technology Support Specialist that is highly motivated team member with a successful track record in Tech Support, focusing on troubleshooting and solving complex restaurant technology challenges.
In this role, you will provide tech support to multiple restaurant locations throughout Maine and New Hampshire. Solving problems related to point-of-sale (POS), networking, internet connectivity, VOIP, Email Exchange Server, Audio / Visual technology and other IT issues. Restaurant Technology Support Specialists report to the Corporate Manager.
- Be a confident, yet friendly and empathetic, point of escalation for support calls, chats, texts, and emails, all managed within our ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and solve complex restaurant technology challenges, particularly point-of-sale and (internal and external) networking issues
- Leverage our proprietary systems to find and document solutions to customer issues and create/improve knowledge base content where opportunities arise
