The Project Manager will be responsible for independently initiating, leading, and managing large, complex support services projects. This role requires a demonstrated ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects and manage a team of senior-level personnel to achieve strategic objectives. The Project Manager must have proven experience in full lifecycle project management, including project planning, risk identification and mitigation, and cost estimation and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall task order performance, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and of high quality.
- Collaborate with leadership at critical points in the workflow process to ensure all milestones, deliverables, and products are met and produced on schedule and to a high standard.
- Manage or delegate tasks outlined and, if necessary, participate in task completion.
- Possess working knowledge of federal grant-making policies, procedures, and administration.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in planning, conducting, and overseeing performance requirements.
- A Master's Degree in Public Policy, Project or Program Management, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.
