Job Summary:
1. Assessment of Molina's HCM Functional requirements and processes to assist in future product roadmap
2. Design & Build HCM features based on Molina's business requirements
3. Integrate the HCM application with other systems such as Payroll and Reporting applications
4. Carryout or facilitate functional and Integration testing
5. Manage release to production and support ongoing maintenance
Roles and Responsibilities
HR Architect who combines industry best leading practices with both current and future requirements to achieve optimum HCM solutions for existing business processes and new initiatives.
Design HCM enterprise structure, workforce structure, complex Payroll, Benefits and Absence processs
Business process mapping & modelling, fit-gap analysis, configuration, validations, Data conversion, data validation system integration, testing, documentation, transition, post implementation Support, project assessments, Enhancement.
Oversee the complete end to end solutions in project lifecycle, project initiation, global design, business requirement gathering, project health check, configuration, testing, relationship cultivation, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and successful deployment.
Functional consultant for Core HR, Payoll, Absence and Benefits management.
