Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, drives, and robotic systems.
Use software programs and network interfaces for equipment diagnostics.
Make programming changes to PLC, HMI, and robots.
Assist with machine repairs, setups, and preventive maintenance.
Manage time, materials, and documentation for tasks.
Support production needs and maintain spare parts inventory.
Provide professional customer service and communication.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years automation/controls experience in a manufacturing setting
Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
Robotics and automation experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
NEC standards adherence is required.
Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations for Indiana.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
