Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of IS support experience.
- Proficiency in PC installation and maintenance.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing processes.
- Experience in local compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Experience with scientific software and vendor liaison.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for PCs, printers, and related equipment.
- Manage ticketing and collaborate with the IS Support Center to enhance user experience.
- Ensure adherence to IS standards and proper documentation.
- Communicate effectively with organizational partners regarding service requests and incidents.
- Oversee local IS services, including hardware inventory and purchasing.
- Support database management for both local and remote databases.
- Facilitate compliance with data integrity and quality assurance requirements.
