Client Onboarding, Account Opening - Product Manager
Position Overview:
Client onboarding Account Opening - Product Manager , responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product management process for new client onboarding & account opening digital experiences. Role manages product managers/owners and plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and secure onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for onboarding, account opening.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and client needs.
- Build a multi-year roadmap to develop a modern and efficient onboarding experience.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, technology, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the client onboarding experience.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, client feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and conduct product demos and presentations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Design and optimize the client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from initial contact through account activation.
- Implement digital automation solutions, reducing manual processes and enhancing compliance.
- Develop workflows and systems to capture and verify client information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Integrate risk assessment tools to identify and mitigate potential fraud and compliance risks.
-- Enhance digital forms and document submission processes to improve client convenience and reduce friction.
- Collaborate with technology teams to build scalable onboarding platforms that support high volumes of new accounts.
