  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an integrated full-service firm, they guide public- and private-sector projects from conception to implementation. They are unique in providing design-intensive services that resolve complex issues such as land-use regulations, regional infrastructure requirements, or community development.

Why is this role open:

The team in Vancouver is growing, and looking for an Intermediate or Senior Architect to join them!

Responsibilities:

  • Creative design skills with ability to come up with innovative solutions;
  • Organizational skills, including planning and scheduling efficiently, focusing on key priorities;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Exhibits passion and professionalism towards their work;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication;
  • Ability to working independently.

Must haves:

  • Over 5 years of post-graduate experience;
  • Registered with the AIBC or eligible for registration;
  • Creative design skills;
  • Experience in multiple typologies including wood-frame housing is beneficial, as well as mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use buildings;
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD;
  • Knowledge of BC Building Code and bylaws.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Project management experience is beneficial;
  • Passive house and net-zero design principles, including energy modeling, daylighting analysis, and life cycle assessment tools, is advantageous.
Remote/Hybrid
Salary Banding: $75,000 - $110,000
