Job Description
- Lead Supply Chain Program Management for Space and Airborne Systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to align with commodity strategies.
- Drive Supply Base Optimization and ensure the lowest total acquisition cost.
- Use Cross-Functional, Hands-On Approaches to identify and address supply chain issues.
- Track Deliverables and Manage Risks with program leaders; provide regular status updates.
- Oversee Project Milestones, Supplier Capacity, and Inventory Flow to ensure production readiness.
- Provide DFx Technical Support, reviewing engineering changes for supply chain impacts.
- Implement Process Improvements to enhance supply chain and product development efficiency.
- Manage Supplier Relationships and Performance to meet program and customer requirements.
- Interface with Diverse Teams, Stakeholders, and Program Managers.
- Develop and Track Supply Chain Metrics customized for space programs.
- Build High-Level, Trusted Relationships as a recognized thought leader.
- Understand Customer Mission Needs, Constraints, and Goals.
- Communicate the Company's Value from a technical and programmatic perspective.
- Drive Long-Term Business Strategy and uphold high ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Expert in Technical Field or multiple areas, recognized as a resource by peers.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ Years of Experience or Graduate Degree with 10+ Years; 16+ Years in lieu of a degree.
- Program Management Experience in Supply Chain.
- Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience preferred.
