We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Systems Setup Specialist to oversee the complete setup of our warehouse operations. The candidate should have expertise in managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, configuring scanners, and optimizing warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage MDM solutions for warehouse mobile devices.
- Configure and deploy scanners for inventory management.
- Establish effective warehouse processes and workflows.
- Train staff on new systems and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse setup and operations.
- Strong technical skills in MDM and scanning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Installation & Setup:
- Unbox and set up Zebra T22 and T27 scanners in the warehouse.
- Perform physical installation and ensure optimal positioning and connectivity.
- Ensure all hardware components are fully functional and up to quality standards.
Configuration & Integration:
- Configure Zebra scanners to meet specific warehouse operations requirements.
- Set up Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune to streamline device administration and management.
- Test and verify scanner configurations, including connectivity and data sync with existing systems.
Training & Documentation:
- Provide training sessions for the client's IT staff on the operation and maintenance of Zebra scanners.
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the client's IT team, covering scanner setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Zebra T22 and T27 scanner setup and installation.
- Proficiency in configuring Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, specifically Microsoft Intune.
- Strong technical knowledge of Zebra hardware, warehouse operations, and related software.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to create clear documentation.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Houston, TX.
