Job Responsibilities
Assists management in the effective allocation and use of resources through supervision and implementation of fiscal policies and procedures, to include reporting to the President, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Area Commission on the financial status of all fiscal matters within the College. Coordinates all Business Affairs functions with ELT and all faculty and staff of the College. Responsible for supervision and management of the budgeting process, including preparation, revisions, reporting of annual budgets and development of long-range plans. Responsible for demonstrating and providing leadership to Business Affairs through strategic planning by analysis of data, planning for effectiveness, evaluation of operational units, and incorporation of changing environments for the Business Affairs division in procedures and resources in the areas of responsibilities. Works closely with ELT to ensure that all plans are interrelated and communicated between divisions and accomplish the mission of the College. Provides leadership in the management of the personnel in the Business Affairs division by selecting personnel, supervising responsibilities, and evaluating performance of the staff to accomplish the mission of the College. Serves on College committees and activities. Participates in professional development activities. Represents the College in the community and partners with the community, school districts, and other agencies in support of College objectives. Serves as a member of the ELT. Leads college-wide initiatives to address continuous improvement.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
Master's Degree, plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience.
