We are looking for Service Desk Analysts – Remote Roles
Pay rate: $23/hr on W2
Hours: Monday thru Friday – CST Hours
Shifts available: 9am - 6pm CST & 10 an – 7pm CST
Duration: 26+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

Role:
1st point of contact for end users (Employees): computer or laptop issues.
Resolve issues via phone calls: average calls a day 15 (some days less or more)
Escalate unresolved issues to next tier.
Required:
2+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst.
Soft skills: Someone who is patient and listens to caller's issue and has a positive attitude, with the intent to provide the caller a good experience.
Technical experience: Provide support for issues related to Hardware, software, application, computers, power cable, windows.
Documentation experience: VERY IMPORTANT – update KB articles – documentation needs to show details from the start to the end of the call. Tell the whole story on the call to include the issue and resolution.
Application troubleshooting experience: Microsoft 365 office suite, Word, Excel – Windows experience.
Ticketing system: ServiceNow
Excellent communication skills.
