IsI is seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Data Manager, you will define and implement a strategic vision for data management, shaping how data is leveraged to drive business growth and improve decision-making at ISI. You will collaborate with senior executives to deliver impactful initiatives, collecting and analyzing data that directly informs the company's strategic direction. In this role, you ll be responsible for building a comprehensive database of public information to support strategic decisions while assisting internal departments in structuring and optimizing the data they produce.
ISI manages data from a variety of sources, including GTM efforts, SaaS products, and service delivery. As the Data Manager, you ll consolidate these data streams, ensuring they are effectively used to enhance areas such as marketing, pricing strategies, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic vision for data management that aligns with ISI s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights and initiatives.
- Create and maintain a public information database to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist internal departments with structuring and optimizing their internal data sources.
- Consolidate and analyze data from various business units, including GTM, SaaS products, and services.
- Provide data-driven support for departmental initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data requirements, acquisition, and integration processes.
- Manage data flow across secure environments (e.g., GovCloud, Azure Government) to ensure seamless access and processing.
- Oversee and ensure error-free data flow across internal systems to include the Data Warehouse.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in data management, ideally within a fast-growing organization.
- Strong programming skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and secure cloud environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
- Familiarity with government data sources such as GovWin and SAM.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to build and manage contact databases.
- Experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other sensitive data.
- Eligibility for or possession of an active security clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple data streams and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with SaaS business models and data analytics in marketing and pricing contexts.
- Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and CMMC.
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CDMP are highly desirable.
