  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role: Startup Founding Software Engineer - Startup experience is a MUST!

Location: Hybrid (NewYork or San Francisco)
Compensation: $160k - $220k, and Equity
Full-time position: This is a full time, W-2 role

What we look for:
  • 4+ years of overall experience, with relevant& recent 1-2 year full-stack product development& experience with user-centric, data-driven applications
  • 2+ years of leading (but still hands-on) or working with a team of engineers in a high-growth organization with evolving products
  • Proven ability to define technical requirements and system architecture with clarity on feasibility, time, cost and impact
  • Experience managing and configuring IT infrastructure in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience with API development and integrations
  • Experience with frontend and backend development preferred
  • Ability to perform code reviews and review/approve system architecture and database structures
  • Startup experience in a fast-paced development environment preferred

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of internal tools to enable seamless, data-driven clinical operations
  • Build clinician-facing and patient-facing tools to improve clinical care quality, efficiency, and user experience
  • Develop our data stack, building tools to scalably track, analyze, and report on key metrics to drive clinical and operational decisions
  • Manage API-based integrations for seamless data interoperability and communication between platforms

Tech stack:
Full-stack development, cloud-based environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), API development
