Position Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced Business Process Specialist / Information System Security Officer (ISSO) - Senior to join our team supporting our Government Client in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop accreditation packages for submittal and approval from the DIA/CIO
  • Draft Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) for all exceptions to policy for "Authorization to Operate" (ATO)
  • Manage the accreditation process for new and existing projects in XACTA
  • Brief and communicate Authorization to Operate package status to government Points of Contact
  • Coordinate CIO reviews and inspections for systems undergoing accreditation

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5) years' experience with the DIA and greater DOD process for obtaining an Authorization to Operate (ATO) for systems from the DIA/CIO
  • Experience with XACTA for accreditation documentation workflow
  • Experience with NESSUS and/or other network security scanning software
  • Experience documenting and supporting accreditation packages to Authorization to Operate
  • Experience with security reviews to include Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), boundary security, and applications
  • General IT knowledge for networks and client servers
  • Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start date #qinetiqclearedjob
  • Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Background Investigation required
