--Overview:
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Integration Specialist to implement, manage, and optimize enterprise-level information sharing and project management systems! This role will involve collaborating with various groups across the ORNL complex, managing collaborative platforms, and leading initiatives to improve documentation processes, streamline workflows, and support critical projects. This role will assit the ORNL Cybersecurity leadership in the development and implementation of cybersecurity collaboration platforms integrations and dashboard creation.
This position resides in the Cybersecurity division of the Information Technology Services Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).

Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead Cybersecurity Division's collaborative platform initiatives across all functions and subject areas.
- Provide guidance on collaborative platform policies and controls.
- Coordinate risk management efforts related to information sharing.
- Develop and present metrics, performance measures, and usage tracking of services.
- Design, create, and maintain executive dashboard on Cybersecurity Program for CISO applying tools like Atlassian suite, PowerBI, and Microsoft.
- Represent the Cybersecurity Division in initiatives related to enterprise collaboration and information management.
- Identify and implement process improvements as directed by leadership.
- Work with other teams to automate and integrate applications and processes.
- Develop and present enhancements for division training programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
- A BS degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, business, or a related area and two (2) to four (4) years of experience in IT or cybersecurity-related roles is required for consideration.
- Experience integrating multiple platforms (e.g., SharePoint, PowerBI, Atlassian).
- Ability to develop dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and software evaluation.
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet due dates, and shift focus rapidly based on evolving cybersecurity mission requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cyber threat intelligence platforms.
- Track record of managing tasks in dynamic environments.
- Experience in federal government or research laboratory settings.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Experience in creating and delivering technical training materials.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and processes.
- Familiarity with incident response procedures and tools.
Special Requirements:
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance from the Department of Energy. As such, this position is a Workplace Substance Abuse (WSAP) testing designated position. WSAP positions require passing a pre-placement drug test and participation in an ongoing random drug testing program.
