Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity COE Project Manager Mid to join our Cybersecurity department. This role involves managing the Cyber Technology SOGR project, which encompasses large and complex programs that require collaboration across multiple departments and external vendors. The Project Manager will employ formal project management methodologies to ensure successful project execution, including schedule management, risk tracking, change management, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage large, complex cybersecurity programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Documentation Development: Create and maintain essential project documents, including Project Charters, Management Plans, Requirements, Design documents, Test Plans, and Implementation Plans.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with technical leads, project team members, and external consultants/contractors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Reporting: Produce weekly program status reports and manage project schedules using Masterworks.
• Risk Management: Identify, report, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring a comprehensive risk management plan is in place.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and maintain well-structured project schedules and budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present project updates at Quality Checkpoints and Department Level Project Reviews, tailoring communication to the audience.

Deliverables:

• Deliver programs and projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 7-10 years of program and project management experience, with a focus on technology management and administration.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects using formal project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project Office Professional, Masterworks).
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, and SAFe 5.5/6 are required.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing Information Security-related projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Server (EPM).
• Additional certifications: InfoSec - Security+, SSCP, or CISSP.
