Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions, helping to enhance customer experiences and streamline service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow CSM modules, including case management, knowledge management, and service catalog.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and optimize workflows to improve customer service operations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and best practices, implementing relevant improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSM).
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CSM platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in CSM.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HR Service Delivery, or other related modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
