Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of Acumatica ERP projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and timelines.
- End-User Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and end users, translating complex system requirements into actionable steps and solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- System Customization: Configure, customize, and enhance Acumatica ERP modules based on client needs, ensuring the solution aligns with their business processes and goals.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver user-focused training sessions, documentation, and hands-on support, enabling users to leverage Acumatica functionalities effectively.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve system issues, providing end users with clear, actionable guidance and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Consultative Guidance: Offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding system best practices, process improvements, and potential ERP enhancements that align with their business objectives.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements gathering, configurations, testing protocols, and post-implementation support details.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP consulting, with a focus on end-user engagement, support, and training.
- Acumatica Certification: Preferred certification in Acumatica (such as Acumatica Certified Business Consultant or similar).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Acumatica's modules (e.g., Finance, CRM, Distribution, Project Accounting) and customization tools; proficient in SQL, C#, and other relevant programming languages is a plus.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage ERP projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
