  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Interview Process: Two step process. One technical verbal round, one cultural round with leadership.

This team is seeking to bolster it s managed service model (tier 2/3 productions support) with a large Telco provider

Background

Implemented BRIM three years ago and this team is providing managed support (w/ some enhancements). They re replacing a resource on their production support team for their largest client. The current resource needs a lot of hand-holding and isn t a self-starter.

Requirements/Duties

  • BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • How CI integrates with SOM (subscription)
  • How CI integrates with FICA
  • 3rd party integrations for invoice generation and printing
  • Bug hunting and fixing
  • When capacity, doing enhancements (New config)
  • Design solutions
