FULL-TIME LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST POSITION AVAILABLE

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic services to our clients. You will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to assess their mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. You will contribute to our mission of promoting mental health and wellness, helping clients navigate challenges, and fostering resilience and personal growth.

Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 per year and we offer sign-on bonus!



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources. Advocate for clients' rights and needs as appropriate.
  • Stay current with best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Minimum of two year related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
