Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder responsible for welding various parts in different materials. The successful candidate will conduct dimensional inspections of parts, check for quality requirements, and understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Responsibilities also include grinding, sanding, cutting (oxy fuel and hand plasma), adhering to lean manufacturing initiatives, quality requirements, safety programs, and general welding and shop duties as needed.

This is a fully on-site position in Cleveland, Ohio working in a large facility that's organized, clean.
Work Environment
Candidates who have welded parts at companies like BWXT, Cleveland Gear, or Horsburgh & Scott would be a good fit due to the size of parts and machines they are accustomed to. The company has the largest Roll Forming & Press Brake machine in the Northern Hemisphere and works under the direction of a Team Manager, focusing on safely producing quality parts in a timely manner. Currently, there are three large machining centers with potential growth opportunities to learn multiple different machining centers. The facility offers a clean manufacturing environment with government contracts for the next 50+ years and guarantees no lay-offs.
