Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure reliable operations
- Re-imaging computers, fax/ printer troubleshooting, MDM, iPhone support
- Provide end-user support, responding to help desk calls, emails, and technical requests
- Document, track, and monitor issues for timely resolution
- Troubleshoot and install Microsoft OS (Windows 7-11), Microsoft Office, and imaging technologies
- Deploy hardware and provide off-hour support as needed, including remote support
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, IT systems, and LAN networking
- Familiarity with iOS and mobile devices
- Associate's degree in IT or related field, relevant certifications, or equivalent IT experience
- Minimum 1 year of IT experience, with preference for candidates with certifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
