Job Details


  • Project Management: Lead and manage engineering and technician teams to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordination: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating efforts both in-house and with external consultants.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Create, monitor, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for design.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors throughout design and construction phases.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute project-specific QA/QC plans.
  • Mentorship: Support and mentor less-experienced staff, fostering their professional growth.
  • Representation: Attend project meetings, representing Martin/Martin during design and construction phases.
  • Relationship Building: Actively build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 9 years of progressive engineering experience (MSCE/MSAE counts as 1 year; passing the 16-hour SE exam also counts as 1 year)
  • Proven leadership skills that support the company s long-term growth

Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in designing and managing projects from initial design through construction completion
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Advanced project management expertise
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven capability to manage confidential information responsibly
