Job description:
Treasury team takes full ownership of global cash management, investments, capital markets, foreign exchange, and risk/insurance programs across the globe supporting multiple corporate entities. The team works closely with tax, accounting, investor relations, payments, product and legal to ensure liquidity and funding for the business across the globe.

In this position on our Global Banking and Business Enablement Team, you will play an integral role in managing the bank relationships and banking activity.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for bank account management including account openings, closures, signer changes, and online banking.
- Basic cash operations functions including but not limited daily wire processing, report analysis, and FX operations support
- Serve as a subject matter expert for global banking products and services to corporate stakeholders.
- Partner with legal and our global banking partners to ensure that all bank accounts and subsidiaries are compliant with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Act as administrator for online banking systems and assist users with access management and troubleshooting.
- Centralized owner for Expedia s bank file formats, and administration of the banking modules for our Treasury Management system.
- Perform periodic SOX user access and segregation of duties reviews for banking users to ensure strong internal controls.
- Maintain excellent, extremely time-sensitive communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reporting and metrics for distribution to senior management.
- Be a positive representative for Expedia Treasury to banks, vendors, corporate treasuries, and other outside organizations.
- Assist or lead additional ad hoc support projects/initiatives.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree - Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Data science
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in banking, corporate treasury, corporate accounting, or comparable education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations, banking practices, cash management and foreign exchange
- Strong organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced user in Excel & PowerPoint
