We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our sales and retention technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of sales and retention strategies, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that enhance our sales and customer retention efforts through innovative technological solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Responsible for delivering projects while effectively managing time, scope, and budget.
  • Identify and document success criteria
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Collabrate with IT and development teams to integrate new solutions into existing systems.
  • Ensure the implementation of technology projects, including POS and food service and retail systems, marketing automation tools, and customer analytics platforms.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand business needs and translate them into technological requirements.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty through the use of technology.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and retention initiatives.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as necessary.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in sales and retention technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer retention strategies, and related technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, and others) and CRM systems.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a proven record for driving business growth through technology.
