The Total Rewards Analyst is a key position that works with both Compensation and Benefits teams to understand, analyze and drive to improve the overall employee experience. Through data analysis and interpretation this employee will help ensure we are offering competitive benefits and recognition programs for our employees.
Essential Functions:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct surveys, researching trends and analyzing data to develop recommendations for salary benefits and incentive programs.
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, cost modeling and the presentation of data to help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure our Total Rewards programs are competitive within the industry.
- Partner closely with vendors on all equity programs, primarily 401(k) and pension administration.
- Lead Retirement committee, including committee meeting preparation, facilitation, and communication with committee members.
- Assist in the administration of salary structures and job evaluations, including benchmarking roles against market.
- Support the annual salary review process, including data preparation, analysis, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to compensation.
- Participate in the administration of the 401(k) plan and wellness initiatives.
- Support annual benefits open enrollment process.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, guides, and other resources to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices in Total Rewards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation plans or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel knowledge required (V-Lookup, Array functions, databases, multi-workbook data entry, etc.).
- Experience with Stock/Long Term Incentive Plan administration highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Motivated, self-directed, and results-driven.
Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $61,610 to $95,950. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
