Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Manage you will play a crucial role in driving gross profit growth and building strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Collaborate with the multiple teams to develop strategies for reaching enterprise goals
- Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers in the CRM
- Develop and manage the CRM process to ensure effective client communication
- Develop strategic plans to approach and engage new clients
- Provide exceptional support, information, and guidance to clients
- Research and recommend new opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed reports by collecting and analyzing sales data in order to provide actionable insights to management
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to optimize service offerings
Qualifications
- Bi-lingual, Spanish
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset
