We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Americas Corporate Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and a passion for visual storytelling. They will be responsible for adapting and localizing campaigns, working on 3D design, video editing, and overseeing the creative process from concept to implementation. This role also includes managing relationships with external agencies and ensuring seamless execution of creative ideas. Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and localize global campaigns to meet local market needs and preferences.
- Shoot and edit high-quality images and videos for digital and social media platforms.
- Develop high-quality 3D assets, animations, and designs for various media.
- Edit videos for digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Lead graphic design projects, creating visually compelling assets across print and digital formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and execute creative ideas.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring that design standards and brand guidelines are maintained.
- Oversee the production process, from ideation through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design techniques to keep the team at the cutting edge of design.
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D work, video editing, and campaign adaptation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D or other, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience in managing external agencies and ensuring creative quality control.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
