Marketing & Design Specialist

Black River Memorial Hospital has an immediate opening for a Marketing & Design Specialist in the Marketing Department. The Marketing & Design Specialist is responsible for implementing marketing projects to support and strengthen BRMH's marketing strategies. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist provides comprehensive support, exercising independent judgment and creativity, and assists with day-to-day activities. Additionally, the specialist offers project support as needed.

Essential Duties:

• Supports BRMH s marketing strategy, brand development, social media, and internet strategy by implementing tactical initiatives such as graphic design, photography, promotions, etc.
• Recommends, coordinates, organizes, and implements projects within the defined scope of practice.
• Maintains inventories of promotional items and coordinates the online store.
• Designs, edits, and proofreads marketing materials to ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with Brand, National, and ADA guidelines.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required
• Degree in Graphic Design or 1-2 years design experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Internet and Social Media platforms
• Proficiency with InDesign required, Photoshop a plus
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and proof of insurability required
• Strong interpersonal, design, writing, organizational, and communication skills essential to the job
