As Abdo continues to grow, we are looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our marketing team. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's marketing strategies through CRM management, project coordination, marketing support, client experience, and event coordination. If your skillset thrives upon organization, coordination, technology utilization and communication, this opportunity is for you! This role will provide support to leaders and employees cross departmentally throughout the firm.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include:
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM data, including contact lists
- Execute marketing campaigns through the CRM system
- Analyze proposal data to identify trends
- Generate reports on marketing activities and results
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor and address desk tickets and marking inbox related to marketing operations
- Contribute to social media strategy development and implementation
- Coordinate thought leadership initiatives, including working with authors and posting content
- Monitor news and award mentions related to Abdo and clients
- Coordinate and manage the sending of gifts and thank you notes to clients and referrals
- Assist with event coordination and logistics
- Assist with employee apparel store planning
Ideal Marketing Coordinator candidate has:
- Associate's degree in communications, marketing, or related work experience
- 2+ years experience, professional services setting preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, social media management, and data entry
