We're hiring for an entry-level Corporate Customer Support Associate for our operations headquarters in Oklahoma. Throughout the years, our clientele has grown tremendously and we are creating opportunities for our team members to evolve into branch owners by the end of 2024.
To perform the Corporate Customer Support Associate role successfully, this person must have effective listening skills and be able to use positive body language. As a Corporate Customer Support Associate, you'll:
- Train in all aspects of account creation and management
- Help business customers with any products and services they may require, quote accurate price points and be able to close sales effectively
- Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help solve their problems. You'll do both
- Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and engage with our company's culture and activities. The more you invest in your career, the more it gives back to you
- Endure personal evaluations with the top managers and Sales Representatives throughout the week. We believe in teaching you new and effective ways to to fit your comfortability in selling our client's products to earn high commissions
