We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to oversee sales initiatives across the US & Canada. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a bilingual (English and Spanish) environment. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, and customer service to enhance sales performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations in the US & Canada, with a focus on increasing revenue and market share.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to align with company strategies and sales targets.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with goals and consistent performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors to drive sales growth, leadership development and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations and Marketing teams on promos and product launches.
  • Create and facilitate training programs for distributors to improve skills and performance.
  • Represent the company at various events, ensuring a strong brand presence and networking with potential distributors.

Essential Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on sales experience.
  • 2+ years of management/leadership experience directing sales teams or employees.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required (fluent preferred, high proficiency acceptable).
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Passion for health and fitness is a significant bonus.
  • Ability to travel monthly, with occasional trips extending beyond one week.
