Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technology strategy and architecture for key marketing capabilities
- Oversee the evaluation of vendors and make build vs. buy decisions in partnership with Product Managers
- Drive the team towards adopting best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality product releases
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to drive organizational goals
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team
- Participate in hiring and retention efforts to build and maintain a strong engineering team
- Provide regular performance feedback and career development guidance to team members
- Represent the engineering team in leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational strategies
