Job Description:
The Salesforce Tech Lead will oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end states and deliver a solution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members.
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes are followed.
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Document technical processes and system configurations.
Mandatory skills
- Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, Public Sector Foundation etc.)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Omni Studio.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado etc.) and version control systems.
- Understanding of Salesforce's data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and attention to detail.
Certifications or Desired skills if any
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer).
