  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Application Production Specialist

Location: New York, New York ( 3 days onsite)

Job Type: Contract

A global investment bank is seeking an Application Production Specialist responsible for the production environment support. To ensure smooth function and availability of end user applications, integrate new applications, support batch administration and resolution of production related issues. Partner with the development teams on bug escalation till remediation and production fixes or new code releases. Familiar with IT management framework. Change /Incident /Problem management

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 support for end users and IT
  • Integrate corporate and capital market applications
  • Efficient support on business applications
  • Coordinate with local and head office development teams to release applications in appropriate environments
  • Develop and maintain tools to enhance the end -user level and facilitate support tasks
  • Write an update information system documentation and procedures
  • Familiar with ITIL Change /Incident /Problem management and process. Update and maintain IT incidents and production changes (e.g.in ServiceNow)
  • Participate in off hours support rotation and weekend key releases or disaster recovery tests as needed
  • Familiar with DevOps or DevSecOps program facilitating continuous integration, continuous development and remediation

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer science or a related field
  • Skills: Control-M or job scheduling experience essential. Scripting language ( Perl a plus) or UNIX
  • Strong understanding of IT frameworks and infrastructure, application design and connectivity
  • Good communication skills. Responsible for company security policy
