They are responsible for guiding guests through the menu, making recommendations, and delivering excellent customer service that aligns with the establishment s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and attend to their needs throughout their dining experience.
Menu Knowledge: Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients offer suggestions and answer guest s questions confidently.
Order Management: Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, following service sequence standards.
Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized tables, clear plates and utensils between courses, and reset tables promptly.
Handling Payments: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and cleanliness standards, ensuring the restaurant environment meets fine dining expectations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and maintain high standards
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in hospitality or relevant experience
Knowledge of international cuisines
Food Handler Certification
