Role: Business Analyst with Call Center/Service Center
5+ years as a client facing BA.
Need someone with Call center/service Center experience.
Client is building a case management system in a Salesforce environment that will support members and employees receiving benefits.
Pension / Retirement experience highly desired
Strong BA with a dash of technical exp
Strong background in mapping L1 to L5 process flows, sprint demos, requirement traceability and user experience
Ability to lead client-facing interviews / meetings; ability to interface with clients aggregate / synthesize key pain points as an input to future state process flow development
Strong BA with a dash of tech
This position is a hybrid role. In office T -TH
