- Lead and manage a team, establishing expectations and holding the team accountable to meeting them (LMA).
- Develop and execute global e-commerce strategies for customers and demonstrators (independent direct salespeople) that align with company’s overall business goals.
- Optimize online journey, including navigation, product and coordination information, search, inspiration, checkout process, and transactional emails.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of user flows, engagement, bounce rates, and conversion rates to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
- Project manage all digital storefront content publishing requests from cross-functional departments.
- Perform ongoing research around e-commerce best practices across platforms and devices.
- BA/BS in e-commerce, marketing, business-related field or equivalent experience accompanied with 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce properties. International direct-selling industry experience a plus.
- Proven success in e-commerce and/or marketing leadership and building collaborative working relationships to develop rapport and respect with internal and external clients and vendors.
- Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, client/server communication, HTTP preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High degree of initiative with ability to perform in an environment of constant change, anticipate needs, make recommendations, creatively solve problems, and inspire others to do the same.
- Willingness to work varied hours and schedules on occasion as dictated by business demands.
