Roles & Responsibilities

  • Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best and we own it.
  • Lead and manage a team, establishing expectations and holding the team accountable to meeting them (LMA).
  • Develop and execute global e-commerce strategies for customers and demonstrators (independent direct salespeople) that align with company’s overall business goals.
  • Optimize online journey, including navigation, product and coordination information, search, inspiration, checkout process, and transactional emails.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of user flows, engagement, bounce rates, and conversion rates to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
  • Project manage all digital storefront content publishing requests from cross-functional departments.
  • Perform ongoing research around e-commerce best practices across platforms and devices.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in e-commerce, marketing, business-related field or equivalent experience accompanied with 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce properties. International direct-selling industry experience a plus.
  • Proven success in e-commerce and/or marketing leadership and building collaborative working relationships to develop rapport and respect with internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, client/server communication, HTTP preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High degree of initiative with ability to perform in an environment of constant change, anticipate needs, make recommendations, creatively solve problems, and inspire others to do the same.
  • Willingness to work varied hours and schedules on occasion as dictated by business demands.
