Job Description:
Project Planning and Coordination: Co-Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation of Infor WFM solutions.
Primary point of contact for Implementation partner team members.
Meets with Implementation partner consultants and PM weekly (or more as needed) to review project progress and issues.
Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule and coordinate activities.
Collaborate with various stakeholders; including clients, team members, and vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.

System Design:
System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Infor WFM, ensuring that the system is configured to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with existing HRIS/IT and other systems.
Resource Management: and manage resources effectively, ensuring that the project team has the necessary information, skills and tools to execute the implementation.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and co-develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
Training and Support: Oversee the training of trainers and end-users and provide support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Monitoring and Reporting: Document meetings and decisions.
Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments and escalations as necessary to stay on schedule.
Compliance and Governance: Help ensure that project conforms to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Maintain documentation of project processes, decisions, and changes.
Implementation Cut Over: Co-develop the Go-Live plan and co-manage the cutover weekend.
Post-Implementation Review: Conduct evaluations after project completion to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future implementations.

Testing responsibilities
o Test Planning: Co-develop and outline a comprehensive testing strategy and schedule.
o Test Case Development: Co-create detailed test cases in collaboration with stakeholders to cover all system requirements.
o Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
o Issue Management: Identify, document, and facilitate the resolution of defects or issues encountered during testing.
o Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding testing progress and results.
o Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of all testing activities, including plans, results, and defect logs.
o Risk Management: Identify testing-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
o Training and Support: Provide training and support to users and team members on testing processes and tools.
o Continuous Improvement: Review and analyze the testing process post-project to identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Full or partial suite implementation and/or migration experience with HR Payroll, WFM and/or comparable software including any of the following modules: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence Management and Scheduling
North American Payroll functional knowledge.
Strong practical experience with comprehension of Payroll and scheduling standards, and procedures
Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Extraordinary organizational abilities
