Summary: Seeking Satellite AOCS/ADCS/GNC Systems Engineers with expertise in design, development, and testing of satellite attitude control and guidance systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Ability to pass a drug and background check (ITAR compliance)

  • Previous design and test experience with LEO/MEO satellites and AOCS/GNC subsystems

  • Knowledge and proven experience in GNC Flight Software

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with reaction wheels, torque rod sizing, sensors performance, characteristics, redundancy, and fault management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define, analyze, and write requirements definition and flowdown

  • Develop control algorithms based on space laws

  • Perform stability analysis on platform instruments

  • Implement pointing, orbit raising, and station keeping algorithms for flight

  • Analyze platform stability to ensure low jitter of line-of-sight instruments

  • Support mission analysis, requirements, and Flight Software

  • Provide inputs/support to program reviews (EQSR, SRR, PDR, CDR)

  • Attend test reviews (TRR, TRB, DRB)

  • Support sub-system Assembly, Integration and Test activities

  • Supervise satellite testing including EGSE and data analysis

  • Write subsystem Operations Manual

  • Support In-Orbit Test (IOT)

Pay: 50-80

Pay Details: $50.00 to $80.00 per hour
