Construction Project Estimator

We are seeking a Construction Project Estimator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and meeting with new potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately bid projects
• Create proposals
• Must understand the project's scope of work
• Read and understand plans/ blueprints
• Building relationships with clients and vendors
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project estimation, preferably within the construction or engineering industry
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. (preferred, but not required)
• Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office, Excel, Procore or other cost estimating programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Professional certification (e.g. Certified Cost Professional, Professional Quantity Surveyor) is a plus
