Job Description
About Brightway
Brightway has achieved remarkable success over the past 15 years and is now set for an even more exciting phase of growth as we begin a digital transformation to become a modern, high-tech digital insurance distribution platform that provides agency owners the modern tools needed to run their business while enabling the Brightway customer engagement center to provide differentiated service.
As we move towards a tech-driven future, we recognize the importance of investing in a strong technology and product team. The strategic decision to modernize our processes through technology will play a key role in accelerating our company's growth beyond what is possible in the industry today.
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to help lead this evolution in our Engagement Center, a 300+ person operation that services over 100,000 interactions per month. As a key player in our journey, you will reimagine outdated, inefficient processes and drive the adoption of innovative technologies with AI, conversational AI, CRM platforms, automation, and vendor integrations. This role offers a unique opportunity to reshape how we service our customers, making our operations more efficient, reducing costs, and significantly enhancing the customer experience in the process.
At the heart of this transformation is a deep focus on our customers both the insurance advisors who rely on our systems and the policyholders they serve. You will take the time to understand their pain points, listen to their needs, and bring empathy into every solution you design. By improving the tools and processes they interact with, you will make their day-to-day lives easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction and success, helping people experience the best that technology can offer. If you are passionate about customer-centric innovation and love the challenge of turning problems into meaningful solutions, this role is for you!
You will be responsible for understanding and articulating a roadmap that aligns technical solutions with process and business problems, ultimately driving financial outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, engineering, and executives to identify opportunities to apply technology, define product requirements, and communicate the product vision to stakeholders, investors, and the board. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be a key driver in our digital transformation journey.
